Ingredients:
- organic fennel seeds
- organic peppermint leaf
- organic ginger root
- organic lemon balm
- organic chamomile flowers
- organic dandelion root
- organic anise seeds
- organic lemon peel
Infuse 1 to 2 teaspoons of loose leaf tea to 1 cup (8 ounces) of hot water. Pour over tea, cover and steep up to 10 mins. For a stronger tea let steep longer or add more loose leaf tea. Longer steep will intensify the flavor and make a stronger tea.
