Ingredients:
- organic linden leaf and flower
- organic lemongrass
- organic spearmint leaf
- organic English lavender flower
- organic lemon balm herb
- organic goji (lycii) berries
- organic skullcap herb
- organic blackberry leaf
- organic oatstraw
- organic elderflowers
*Note: Due to low availability of organic cornflower it has been removed from the original tea blend recipe, but will be reintroduced once available. This however does not change the flavor of this tea blend.
Infuse 1 to 2 teaspoons of loose tea to 1 cup (8 ounces) of hot water. Pour over tea, cover and steep up to 10 mins. For a stronger tea let steep longer or add more loose leaf tea. Longer steep will intensify flavor and make a stronger tea.
