Contains caffeine from Assam black tea.
Infuse 1 to 2 teaspoons of loose leaf tea in 1 cup (8 ounces) of hot water. Pour over the tea, cover and steep up to 3 - 5 mins. For a stronger tea let steep longer or add more loose leaf tea. Longer steep will intensify flavor and make a stronger tea.
