Ingredients:
- organic gingko leaf
- organic gotu kola herb
- organic and fair trade certified brahmi (bacopa) leaf
- organic peppermint leaf
- organic Holy basil (tulsi) krishna
- organic eleuthero root (siberian ginseng)
- organic anise seed
- cultivated without chemicals rhodiola root North America
- organic codonopsis root
- organic ashwagandha root
- organic rosemary leaf
Infuse 1 to 2 tsp of loose tea to 1 cup (8 ounces) of hot water. Pour over the tea, cover and steep up to 10 mins. For a stronger tea, let steep longer or add more loose leaf tea. Longer steep will intensify the flavor and make a stronger tea.
