Ingredients:
- organic lemon peel
- organic orange peel
- organic lemongrass
- organic lemon balm
- organic and fair trade certified green rooibos
- organic schisandra berries
- organic lemon verbena
Infuse 1 to 2 teaspoons of loose leaf tea to 1 cup (8 ounces) of hot water. Pour over tea, cover, and steep up to 10 mins. For a stronger tea let steep longer or add more loose leaf tea. Longer steep will intensify flavor and make a stronger tea.
